Broc Romanek is the Editor of TheCorporateCounsel.net and CompensationStandards.com, two influential on-line publications that provide corporate and securities lawyers up-to-date and comprehensive information about current securities law, corporate and compensation issues. Before his time as Editor, Broc was founder and editor of RealCorporateLawyer.com. In addition, Broc has served as assistant general counsel at a Fortune 50 company, was in the Office of Chief Counsel of the SEC's Division of Corporation Finance, acted as Counselor to former SEC Commissioner Unger and was in private practice. Broc frequently writes and speaks about corporate and securities law; he teaches a MBA corporate governance class at George Mason University; serves on the Advisory Council for the SEC Historical Society and is Editor of the Corporate Governance Advisor. He also is on the National Board for the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and is President of the Society's Mid-Atlantic Chapter. He also has served as Chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel's Corporate & Securities Law Committee.

Dave Lynn joined Broc as Editor of TheCorporateCounsel.net in 2007. Before his time as Editor, Dave served as Chief Counsel in the SEC's Division of Corporation Finance. Dave also worked in the Division of Corporation Finance as a staff attorney and special counsel, and was in private practice at WilmerHale, where he advised public and private companies in SEC matters, securities transactions and corporate governance. Dave frequently writes and speaks about corporate and securities law and teaches a corporate governance class at Georgetown University.
