Audit Committee ReportThe Chair of the Audit Committee met with the engagement partner from Eisner LLP in late November to discuss the audit in general and any particular issues. The Eisner LLP engagement partner did not raise any issues at that time. The Audit Committee Chairman asked the engagement partner to include, as part of the process of preparing for the audit, a review of the Society's operations, and to advise the Society of any areas in which she believes that the Society is not following "best practices" or not-for-profit norms.
