Corporate Practices Committee ReportThe Corporate Practices Committee held a meeting by teleconference call on January 13, 2004. Seventy-eight members participated. Several Corporate Practices monographs are in progress, including "D&O Questionnaire," and "Traveling Abroad with the Board." The "Compensation of the Corporate Secretary" survey questionnaire, revised with the participation of Korn/Ferry, has been distributed to members. The Committee looks forward to their next meeting in Washington, DC, in connection with the spring meeting with the Securities Law Committee and the SEC Division of Corporation Finance.
