Securities Law Committee
The Securities Law Committee analyzes and seeks to influence the
development of federal and state securities laws and regulations by evaluating
SEC rulemaking proposals, by meeting at least annually with the Commission staff
to discuss the Society's views on regulatory matters, and by commenting on pending
and enacted securities laws and regulations affecting public companies.
