How much Does it Cost to Join the Society?

The cost of membership involves a one-time entrance fee of $100 and annual dues of $545 for the first member of a company. Dues for additional members from the same company are $395 per year plus the $100 entrance fee. There is no reduced fee for persons with firms that provide services to the corporate secretarial function (e.g. proxy solicitors, bank trust officers, transfer agents, financial printers, and attorneys in private practice).
