ProxyEdge^®, Our proprietary software, is available for institutions. Broadridge’s electronic, interactive distributions send self-contained, compact emails to shareowners that combine multiple investor communications with an integrated vote process. Our interactive annual report service offers a conversion of annual reports/or proxy statements into an image based, interactive format. It is a stand alone electronic document.
  
  
• Electronic Delivery. Broadridge maximizes mailing suppressions through householding, summary processing and electronic delivery. Employee plans are consolidated through email matching. Broadridge offers complete internet investor communication solutions, from building enrollment sites and promoting electronic delivery, to maintaining your electronic delivery database. These services are available for the enrollment of beneficial and/or registered shareowners at the broker, fund and corporate level. Necessary disclosures are provided and email confirmations are sent to enrollees. Broadridge offers corporations “assumed e-consent processing” for employee shareowners.
