Lykins & Associates, is a full service consulting firm to the General Counsel and the Corporate Secretary. We offer a wide range of services, both on and off site, with special emphasis on subsidiary management. We are vastly experienced professionals with a proven background providing the following services:

• Initial consultation with the corporate secretary regarding your organizational structure and implement a process to maintain this information.
• Audit all minute books and bring all entities current. Prepare minutes or consents for upcoming meetings. File amended articles where necessary. Take appropriate steps to get companies in "good standing" when needed.
• Institute procedures to manage newly acquired or incorporated entities. Train your personnel to manage the corporate secretary area. Train tax, legal,, treasury and executive personnel on the software.
• Institute procedures to allow you to take control of international subsidiaries and manage outside counsel in corporate "housekeeping matters".
• Coordinate activities and documentation among the tax department, executives, international counsel and legal department for international subsidiary divestitures and mergers.
